The University of East London Sports Dock boasts a diverse range of sporting events, from Grappling to Basketball. Recently, the site was undergoing a re-brand and required an upgrade to its changing rooms to match the newly decorated interior. We were asked to provide a sleek and modern wrapping solution for the changing rooms, gym reception, lockers, and washrooms. To achieve this, we utilised a light wood grain finish from LX Benif for the changing rooms and lockers, while a stone finish was more suitable for the dark tones of the gym. The panels were existing high-pressure laminate, and we decided to apply the wrap to only the face, exposing the black core of the existing panel. This contrast works seamlessly with the new LX interior film, creating a stunning and innovative interior design.
